The consultation gives you the chance to get some initial advice or guidance, whilst getting to know our team and the support they can provide.

If you ask us to take further action, we will provide you with a Fixed Fee quote for the work or set a client-controlled budget – so you don’t pay more than you can afford.

Fixed Legal Fees

We think it’s important to know how much something is going to cost in advance – and legal fees are no exception.

Contrary to the ‘traditional’ charging model of most solicitors, we believe Legal Costs can be fixed.

The best way to budget and avoid surprise legal bills is to agree a fixed fee in advance for the work that need to be done.

We have a range of fixed fees for a whole range of legal services, so you can make an informed decision. In most instances, we will provide a fixed price for a specific piece of legal work, clearly stating what we will do in writing for the agreed price.

As well as offering fixed fees, we can also tailor a fee to suit your particular needs. If the work you need does not fit our standard fixed fees, we will happily agree a fixed fee with you for the assistance required.

Regular Costs Updates

Solicitors are often criticised for only advising clients about the extent of their Legal Costs at a late stage or, in some cases, not at all.

To prevent substantial legal bills from accruing without your knowledge or consent, we will keep you up to date about your Legal Costs as the case proceeds.

We believe it is important to know what your costs are likely to be, and we aim to keep you regularly informed about how much you should expect to pay as your case progresses.

Monthly payments

We understand that everyone needs to budget and keep an eye on their cash flow.

In order to spread the cost, we are happy to arrange monthly payments. Keep a close eye on what you spend and receive a monthly invoice – so you’re not worrying about how to pay a big bill at the end.
