What makes me tick?
I love talking to clients - I understand it can be a stressful and confusing time for new clients and I will make sure any queries they may have are answered fully and will assist in any way I can to ensure they are at ease throughout their transaction.
My experience
I have been a member of the James Legal team since leaving college in 2018. From starting as an admin apprentice, I am now assisting the property team whilst studying Conveyancing and I look forward to continuing my progression and learning more about property law.
Outside of work
I like to make the most of my time outside of work; either staying local for food or drinks with friends and family or going on an adventure and sightseeing! I enjoy taking lots of photos, so I have plenty of memories to look back on.
What I do?
I specialise in the following legal and business areas:
- Assisting the residential property team with all aspects of the transaction
- Updating clients, estate agents and other solicitors with the progress of ongoing matters
- Opening and closing files
- ID Checks
- Property searches
- Dealing with registrations at the Land Registry
