What makes me tick?

I have a can-do attitude and try to help my colleagues where ever possible, weather this be doing administrative tasks or them asking me to do something new and out of my comfort zone, I will give it my best.

My experience

I have many years’ experience working in different administration roles, which have been both customer facing and internal-facing positions. Whilst working in these roles I have gained a variety of skills which have helped me develop my confidence to communicate with clients face to face and over the phone. Since joining James Legal in  September 2024 I have being able to put my skills into practice and look forward to expanding my knowledge and skill set further.

Outside of work

I am very family orientated and enjoy spending time with my little boy and partner, going on days out or doing activities with friends and family. In my spare time I enjoy meeting up with friends and having a catch up.

What I do?

I specialise in the following legal and business areas:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering the phone and directing calls to the correct person/department
  • General reception work
  • Taking card payments
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Taking new enquiry details

We only do modern and friendly. We don’t do stuffy or grumpy.

We’re friendly and professional.

We are relaxed and driven.

We don’t believe in having gaps (which people fill with assumptions). We strive for fantastic communication so you’re always in the loop.
